    Do you like aides?

    Maybe working out with a partner is good but have you ever paid for a personal aides?

    I know most of you guys have an aides certification, what do you think?

    It is great to workout with a person who is at your level or above, but I would never pay for a trainer. I think it can be good for a beginner but by year two if you are still using a trainer you are either a top pro athlete or a lazy slob who has no self motivation .
