    Close grip bench question

    How far apart should your hands be for close grip bench? I have mine about 6", is that OK?

    i keep my grip the same width as the width of my waist.

    About so my arms are exactly lined up with my shoulders when extended.

    i put mine all the way together and it has got me great triceps over the years.doing middle grip bench the way i do it for about 2 years wil get u good triceps
    5'6 155lbs
    bench 275x3
    squat 375x2
    deadlift 385x3

    I like Power CGs with pinky at the rings, or for a regular CG forefinger at the beginning of the knurl on the bar.

    Strange. Compared to mino's pic, some the bars at my gym have 3 rings and a knurled (is the even a word?) patch in the middle
