    For me its DB curls. My biceps are so damn big.

    This is hard. I love quite a few exercises. I guess it would have to be farmers walks though. Nothing beats holding a hundred pounds in each hand and walking with the weight in your bare hands.

    Weight Dips are freaking awesome. They're the only exercise that makes me feel really strong. I also like supinated rows and weighted chins.

    Deadlifts in the 1-3 rep range or weighted dips in the 4-6 range.

    how do u guys do weighted dips, I have to make my legs 90 degrees and put the weights on my calves. Kind of hard too cecause I cant hold 70 pounds with my calves at a 90 degress.

    Do I have to pick one exercise? That sucks.

    I guess I would have to pick deadlifts. Part of it is the mental aspect; I can move more weight with this exercise than any other.
    The only time it's bad to feel the burn is when you're peeing...
