So, he lets it fall and catches it on his back kind of and bends his knees to allow himself to interact with the bar properly.

the same could be said for any athlete.......look at football players, MLB pitchers, hockey players, olympic athletes, the guys that ski moguls.....they aren't thinking about being 40...they are thinking about NOW. they train for now...for today...not for what they will be like in 10 or 15 years. they are to competitive for that.Good theory, lets see how he is training when he hits 40

I agree completely. I'm sure pro bodybuilders have their IRAs and all, but do you think they are overly concerned with 30 years down the road? Hell no! Football players, same deal. They are big kids getting out some aggression and having some fun being young-ish. When they are older, whats left of them will be telling the stories and smiling all the way.Originally Posted by P-funk

Eventually the walker dissapeared and I found out he was using it because he obliterated his foot jumping off of a waterfall. He lives for the rush, despite his age because he has been that way his entire life. He can't sit still. If you have a few minutes to spare he'll tell you how messed up his shoulders are from years of fighting.

On his last set of db shoulder presses he said. "Also, ten reps". Then he did 7.Then may have edited it out when they switch camera angles. Oh well.

Now that's the way I want to train shoulders. Fuck it! If I end up in the hospital in 2 months, you guys will know what it was from.
