I think that would be just fine, although I prefer to use an intensity a bit higher than that. It probably isn't necessary, but that is the way I like to do it.
Did a search and all i really found was cut down on intensity/volume etc. i am on a 4 day split right now hitting each body part once a week...my question is when i do my deloading phase in about 3 weeks....Would doing a fullbody workout 2 times during that week at 50% of my 1repmax 2 sets of 12 reps per body part make sense or is that too much for that deloading phase? Or would i follow my 4 day split and just cut way down on volume and intensity?
