    pushups

    Ok i hear pushups will do you good so how many a day should someone like me do i want increase my chest from 38inches to like bigger or just to make an impact some way

    A couple of hundred pushups a day will keep kefe away

    Just drop and do as many as you can unless they are really easy then just bang out like 30-40 roll over and do sit-ups. It will work in a day i would just do a bunch. When my brother trained for nationals wrestling tournament he was doing about 600 of each a day and hes about your age.

    Push-ups aren't going to do much of anything for your chest, unless you can only bang out like 10 of them. I do them in circuit cardio workouts, and it serves as some active recovery, but I don't do them to gain size.
