Newb looking for a good routine.....

Hey whats up?? Ive been reading these forums for a month or so and Im looking for a solid routine. Im a 19 year old male Im 5"10 around 145-150 pounds. I have a skinny build and I would consider myself a hard gainer. Anyways, my goals are to put on around 10lbs and just get a nice "cut" look. I dont want to look like a bodybuilder, just good with my shirt off. What would you suggest a good weekly workout routine would be and how many calories do you think I should be getting daily?? Thanks!!
