I prefer good old conventional deadlifts myself. However, I certainly implement plenty of variations: sumo stance, stiff-legged, DB stiff-legged, etc.
Any of them are effective. Just change the variation you use periodically.
Hi. 4 months new to weights and have been doing full squats for the last 2.
Am ready to alternate deads & squats and I would like to know which deadlift do you use in your routine and why? Im starting 2 days a week lifting with squats 1 day and I want deads on the other day as Ive read here that most of you rotate the 2 exercises. Thanks..............
