    Cardio?

If every morning I got up before school and ran 2 miles working my way up to 4 do you think that would be an efficient amount of cardio to lower my BF%? Diet's good. Training is good. Just wondering.?

    Thanks guys

    youre confusin me bro

contrary to popular beleif, you CAN add lean muscle and also get leaner sO I think your goal of having visible abs and adding muscle is a reality for you.

If I was your trainer, I would have you lifting 5 days a week eating 3k cals of good nutrients with 4 days a week of low intensity power walking for 30 minutes.

maximizing your test is the key to getting big n lean and running yourself down every morning with high intensity endurance shit isnt going to fly

    just one mans p.o.v.

    good luck!

As long as you are eating in a caloric deficit, you will lose weight. Just make sure you're eating the right stuff to retain as much lean mass as possible and insure that most of your weightloss is in the form of fat.
