Or until you must be fed with IVs after passing out from not having enough fat. Either way, you'll know.

It's too much when Chuck Norris says it's too much.

Honestly, when you are happy it is enough. If you are referring to how much in a week, 1% your bodyweight seems about right, not including the first week or 2 which will be alot of water weight.
If sense were common, everyone would have it.

As a good man once said. Bulk 75% of the year and cut the other 25%.

You know, Chuck Norris does not get frostbite. Chuck Norris bites frost. With that said I would cut until you are at a decent BF%

When people start to laugh at you.
So many cries of inequality stem from one of group
of people doing little or nothing and then bitching
about another group that actually does something
    to improve their lives.

I prefer no to get too fat, or too skinny as its harder to stay cut. I will bulk till I start to lose my abs then cut till i can see all of em and maintain with definition.

I couldnt bulk for 9 months and cut for 3 (if thats how you meant TOM) because it would be too extreme for me. Also I think I would lose gains easier this way
