Just because he can do all that weight doesn't mean he can do well in all those crazy events in the WSM. Walking with a fridge on your back. Carrying a 400lb chinese thing up and back.

I don't believe you. How do you know this? I mean it is possible but I think the two vids there are real weights. You telling me this is not going to change my mind.

I trained at Golds Venice and was their sales rep for 4 years......I saw it all.

When Ronnie goes into a legit power lifting meet and hits a 620 raw bench and a 825 dead lift I will eat my words.......but we all know he can't and wont....and at 41 both lifts would be world records...so why does he not go out and set them????? Because he is a fake and a poser.

Are you kidding me?? His offseason weight is way over 300, at that weight I'm POSITIVE he could hit a 620 bench...it wouldn't even be a 2x bodyweight lift...MOST heavyweight bodybuilders bench in the 5's....

His Cost of Redemption vid shows him stacking up all the different weights without breaking filming.

So is he really benching/squating/pressing all that weight? It looks pretty realistic, especially when he drops the weights on the floor and the ground rumbles a lil.
I love it when a plan comes together.

It doesn't count anyways. He used straps for the deadlift and moved the DBs about 6" each time. He's so weak.

I do not believe that, I have Jay Cutler's video and they sure the hell look like they are loading and lifting real weights to me.

When I trained at Golds Venice I saw most of these guys workout.....and only one was amazingly strong and that was Chris Cormier. Cormier could incline BB press 405 for sets of 8-10 reps and he made every other pro look like a whimp. And yes it is common knolledge that they use fake weights for photo shoots.....don't believe me??? Go and see for yourself.

I see, all I know is that for both photo shoots and videos at Golds Venice they would use some fake weights, I have no idea what other gyns of production companies do. I would love to see Ronnie set 2 world records.....what a great way to end his career and give him even more respect .....we will see if he does it.

Let me stop all this confusion right here. Ronnie Coleman DOES use fake weights. that 800 dead was really only 330lbs. The last few plates weighed 2.5lbs each. I have proof of this. If u got questions, pm me.

    i'm 170 pounds and i can deadlift 400 lbs

.. please, he can do a hell of a lot more than that. Whether the weights are fake or not, ronnie is still a beast and is pretty strong unlike most BB's. I have respect for him.
