My plan
I weigh 172 right now and my goal is to be 180 by the summer. I work out 3-4 days a week. protein everyday. SOme of my friends say that its highly unlikely?

What????? Are you kidding me? I am the type of person that doesn't gain weight very easily but I can get myself from 170 to 180 in 2-3 weeks max, without no protein shakes or nothing, just regular food. Trust me, east more frequently during the day and you'll easily surpass that goal.
