    olympic lifts

    im thinkin of adding some olympic lifts to my workout, any particular suggestions or advice?

    Read about proper form. Most people have horrendous form on these movements.

    When you're practicing form, don't be afraid to use just the bar, or even something lighter like a broomstick.

    Make sure your shoulders and wrists are flexible enough to do front squats. If not, then work on that.

    Remember, your arms don't do much of anything. They are hooks that merely wrap under the bar when you get under it.
