    Shoulder Clicks

Hey all, I have a question.

Everytime I do a pull up, lateral raise or anything that involves moving my arm upwards at the left shoulder, I hear a click. It doesn't hurt, but the clicking sound is very bothersome and only occurs in my left shoulder.

Has anyone had this problem before? Any speculations as to what the cause may be?

My shoulder clicks since I sublexed it. However, it causes me no pain and is not an indicator of pain to come. It's probably nothing to worry about, although going to a doctor couldn't hurt.

    15 years? I'm quite astonished.

When I first started working out, my left shoulder would click. I started taking glucosamine/chondroitin and after 4 or 5 weeks the clicking went away.
