Barbell curl form
In this picture below you'll notice his elbows are raised a bit (almost but not parallel) I used to do them this way and I was able to curl with more weight.
But now I do them super strict with my elbows never leaving my side. ![]() ![]() How do you guys di them. |

If I am doing rep range, I will keep strict form fro mstart to finish. If I am doing power, then I keep strict form until the last one or two where I might have to cheat a little bit to get failure on the last set.
