I try to keep the elbows by my side, but towards the end of the set, they start to come up a little, although not as much as in the picture.

In this picture below you'll notice his elbows are raised a bit (almost but not parallel) I used to do them this way and I was able to curl with more weight.
But now I do them super strict with my elbows never leaving my side.
How do you guys di them.

I think I naturally tend to come up on the last rep or two, but I try to keep my elbows tucked for the majority of the sets.

If I am doing rep range, I will keep strict form fro mstart to finish. If I am doing power, then I keep strict form until the last one or two where I might have to cheat a little bit to get failure on the last set.
