Frustrating as hell. @ 160 lbs I was up to 230 on my bench, now I can barely do 150 with the bar.
This is why I dont flat bench or decline or do dips, it hurts. If it hurts dont even press 150, start with the bar and add 10 a week or do something else. All I do are inclines now, oddly, that doesn't hurt me at all.

Right rotator cuff pain.

Knees shot from being a paratrooper and too much running with a rucksack in the military. My knee problems really blossomed here of late. I spent an entire summer in 2004 pulling my daughter around in a bike buggy for my cycling training. The extra strain of dragging 70 lbs for 30-50 mile rides up and down hilly terrain reduced what remaining cartilage I had to zippo.

Just a regular guy.

Whenever I rotate my arms backwards in a big circle, my shoulders pop. It's not really painful just uncomfortable. It also happens when I'm doing exercises like inclines, military press etc. I think it's from doing dips with too much weight , so I stay away from them now.

Also whenever I do preacher curls, my elbow has this really blunt pain in it the next day (tendon maybe?), so I stay away from those now too.

Left rotator cuff. Pretty much can't do anything farther above the head than incline bench.

Something is wrong with my sacroiliac joint where the spine meets the pelvic bone, don't know how it happened but I get an injection for it in 2 weeks. I pray it helps because it is the most annoying pain in my ass literally, my hip and down my right leg to my ankle.

had my knee reconstructed, really holds back my lifting!

hypermobility in my shoulders, if I do free weight press above the vertical plane my shoulders may fall out of joint!

isn't that your L5 vertebrae and L5/S1 disc? that is where my problem lies.
