tendonitis in both elbows.......and shoulder pain from time to time
I have none, knock on wood. My shoulder is pretty much back to normal at this point. I'm going to try and implement mobility/flexibility work and prehabilitation movements in my routines from now on to prevent potential injuries as much as possible.

I'm fine right now but if I decided to throw a baseball/football/frisbee or play tennis the tendons in my right elbow/shoulder would become very painful.
Torn acl/meniscus L knee, bad arthritis left wrist and left knee. Clicking left shoulder. Tendons right shoulder. Decade of football messes you up.
Nothing, thankfully. I just have to be careful when training shoulders.
Right shoulder somewhere between the right front delt and the upper bicep, R. rotator cuff, lower back
L3-4 herniation in Sept. I am just now starting to be able to train legs again.

Torn adductor muscle in left leg, softball injury about 15 years ago, doctor says will never heal.
My right shoulder is all fucked up, but i do have to say it only hurts when i do over head presses and incline bench(somtimes) other than that its fine, my girlfriend is a PT and shes says there not a tear but who knows it has hurt for years and nothing she does makes it any better, i use to be able to over head press 305 now im lucky if i can 185 it just hurts to frigen much

you took the time to post a six word sentence instead of two numbers so now he has to go to your profile to find your age?Originally Posted by ForemanRules

Left shoulder. AC joint was hurt doing barbell bench about 7 months ago. My rotator cuff was weakened significantly as well. I stay the hell away from the barbell for now but when I go heavy with DB flat bench it still gets sore. Guess I'll just live with it and try to strengthen my shoulder stabilizers and RC. Frustrating as hell. @ 160 lbs I was up to 230 on my bench, now I can barely do 150 with the bar.

Left elbow (arthritis), left knee. Not sure what the problem is with the knee, but no more squats or even leg presses...

my only problem curently is my back, a few months ago I herniated my S1/L5 disc pretty bad, I have been doing therapy for a few months now and I just started back to some very light upper body training this week.
