Training/Working Out Machines and Techniques.

I've seen a lot of working out routines but I do not understand them. As i said Im a beginner so I don't know all the machines and techniques. Does anyone know anywhere i can see these techniques with a picture to better understand it.
Thanks.

http://www.exrx.net/ is a great site.

There are several others out there too; I'll drop some links for you when I get home if others don't fill in the gaps first.

I think some of exrx's videos are crappy. I noticed back rounding on a lot of lifts for which it's imperative not to round the back.

Yeah, I noticed the same thing. I like the last link you dropped the best, although the top one has a lot of interesting exercises that aren't located elsewhere.
