    What are these 3 exercises?

    Was reading Cowpimps sticky and I am going to start doing it tomorrow. But I am not sure what these 3 exercises are: Yate's rows, Split squat and glut ham raises?

    I work with mostly free weights, but I do have a cable pulldown and seated row machine.

    Yates' rows are just like regular bent rows, except you use an underhanded grip and hold your torso at more like a 45 degree angle as opposed to trying to reach parallel or a bit above.

    Split squats are where you kind of lunge out and squat like that, then repeat for the other leg.
