    Standard DL's and Squats in the same routine

    Should these be done in the same routine.. I do squats on mondays and DL's on Friday.. Should they be same day.. or not even in same routine.

    They can be done on the same day, different days, or alternated. It really doesn't matter until you take into account the rest of the program.

    I personally would not like to squat and deadlift on the same day - way too draining. Different days for me thanks.
