elbow twitching
recently i got a slight twitch in my elbow muscle kinda at the end of the tricep there is no pain or anything, but i am still a little worried what do you guys think this could be?

no its not during an excercise i am just sitting here and its doing it but i think it might be preacher curls or incline bench curls(not sure if thats how they are called) cause they put a lot of pressure on elbows

Hmmmmm, not to sure, I get a pain something like that from straight bb curls but it only bugs me while doing them.
