Go to a Back specialist if you want a real opinion.
I've been weight training on and off for about two or three years. Not serious weight training though. But i've noticed my back is beginning to bend the other way. As in people who are hunch back have an arch back forward my back is kind of arch backwards. It's not a large arch or anything but i was wondering if this is due to weight lifting. If it is what can i do to prevent this.

I highly recommend all IronMagLabs supplements!

Is it an unnatural arch, or is weightlifting help correcting your original problem of hunching forward (kyphosis)?
If you really think it's unnatural, then you should consult a physician.

or see a chiropractor.

just like any doctors there are good ones and bad ones, I have been to both.Originally Posted by gogo

What's your height and how long is your torso(upper body)?
I'm 193cms/6'4" and have quite a long torso and short legs. This gives me lower back problems in the squat (or did....). It all depends whether you are long legged or not. (in my opinion)
I'm just a beginner in this field so others here could no doubt give you better info!
