    i have the same thing, someone told me i strained or pulled a forearm muscle. it feels like your forearms are going to break when doing the curl. even when done with the set it still hurts. Kinda like the pain is in the bone.
    I try using a Z bar for curling not a straight bar. or just take a break from curling for a bit and just do curls. possibly ice your forearms.

    I think it could be the tendon that connects the bicep muscle to the forearm muscle. Here are a few tips to strengthen n overcome this pain; When curling use a lighter weight and more reps - will help condition the muscles used. Also if it is a weak forearm muscle squeeze a softball for a good 10-15 mins this shud strengthen that up. N maybe don't do any curling wivin ur back workouts as dese muscles cum into play alot neway! Hope that helped! (-;

    Its just from stress on the tendons from the weight of the bar, striaght bars and wide grip forms put more stress on it, theres really not a clear solution just try to squeeze tight and keep your forearms tight and it shouldnt be anything more than a little ache
