Question Should I start a rutene?

Hey I am new to lifting. I just started about a month ago and don't have a rutene yet. I was thinking about it today and I am now at the point where I can work the same muscle for more than four sets. so do you have any good programs? Oh ya...I cant do legs that envolve bending the knee because they are totally screwed.

Get the "Body for Life" book and follow it.

It's like body building for dummies.

It's always a good idea to have a routine. I'm not really qualified to give you one but there are pleanty of people here that can. My suggestion is to look around at other members fitness logs. One person that might help is W8. Other that her, I don't know anyone that is certified.

Check out the routine on the main Ironmagazine page, you can tweek it to fit your needs, also what lean_n_76er said about checking peoples logs but as for the rest of what he said, well hang around a while and you'll get plenty of good advise from certified and non certified people.
    Cool

WTF! Jeeze, talk about getting bent out of shape! If you read what I said, I suggested to take a look at other members fitness logs AND I said that I was not qualified to make a routine BUT there are pleanty of people that can! I didn't say not to take the advice of others, all I suggested is to talk to W8. She's the only one that I know of that is certified! Again I said "I"!

No, that was TCD but I deleted it, lean_n_76er, I really didn't think you meant that non certified people didn't know shit but you have to admit your statment One person that might help is W8. Other that her, I don't know anyone that is certified makes it sound like it.

That wasn't the idea, but if that's the way it sounds - that's not what I meant. Again, W8 is the only person that "I" know is certified. I don't know anyone here on a personal level, but I do know some things about some of the members. I don't know who else is certified, maybe we need to start a post "Who is certified". Again there was no intention to, nor did I mean any disrespect toward any member of IM. So, on to a better subject...
