ur benching techniqe(spellin)/form?
when u bench how is ur techiniqe or form w/e it is? u keep ur elbows tucked by ursides or flared out? whats the difference in it? i am startin to hate bb benchpress i love decline db presses and that works for me..using db's my bench has went up 25lbs

Kenwood, my technique is this:
I put both my feet up on the bench close together. Put my elbows flared out as much as I can so it makes T Shape with torso. I put my grip as far as I can. I lower the weight to the neck area because it feels lighter that way. I bounce it so high that my pecs look red as fuck from the inpact for at least 5 days. Don't forget to load up with creatine and protein shake before you max. I also make sure that i lower the weight down as slowly as possible (possibly 7 seconds) And remember to keep the feet on the bench. |

Oh and don't forget that i need to have KEFE filming and cheering me on every time I max. its a great inspiration.
