    Quick question regarding HST and calculations?

    I have just finished up my 15 rep block of HST and was wondering what way I can make a calculation off my 15 rep maximum weight to determine my 10 rep max as well as my 5 rep maximum. Thanks.

    15RM= 62.5% of your preceived 1RM.
    10RM= 75% of your preceived 1RM.

    Just do the math.

    If you can bench press 100lbs for 15 reps then:

    100/.625= 160lb.

    if your precieved 1RM is 160lbs then

    160 x .75= 120lbs

    120lbs is 75% of your 1RM aka your 10RM.

    Excellent. Thank you for the help. As a side note, I think this program is already beginning to work for me.
