    Building shoulders

Which exercise would be better for building overall shoulder strength and definition the military press or the behind-the-neck barbell military press. Since Does the behind-the-neck military press also work the rear delts as well as the anterior and median since its more towards the back?

behind-the-neck barbell military press is the worst shoulder exercise out there....great way to damage your shoulder joint and it does not build rear delts any more than pree in front of the neck or Dumbell press..In fact IMO none of them hit rear delts......rows hit rear delts and bent over laterals.

behind the neck pressing can put a lot of strain on the shoulder joint, especially in those that lack proper flexability to rotate back into that position. In general, it is best to keep your presses to the front.

he is a liar. i saw the video. he is in his mid-late 20s and the bench press barely goes through any ROM.
