I think shoulders are fine, it would be worst if you did triceps before.
i usually hit my shoulders right after i do chest... is this ok or should there be a solid delt work out day?

If your delts are lagging, just add another workout (on a different day) for your delts. Don't try to prioritize them by doing them first on the day you bench. If you do, you'll put yourself at a higher risk of injury when you bench because you've pre-exhausted (weakened) those muscles.

naa def do seperate day for shoulders so many exercises diff heads to hit traps everything i do 18 sets at least forshoulders powerlifting u could do shoulders same day if u tryin to compete tho i suggest sep days

I do them after I do chest. I also do some shoulder work with back occassionaly.
