    Change Exercise Routine

Hey im a brand new member. I have been working out for a solid 6 months. I have seemed to hit my plateau. I have been researching what to do. I know i have to change up my exercise routine. (I have switched the order). I am not sure exactly what to change. Do i get 4 completely new exercises for that particular muscle group?, just switch the order?, Just switch a few exercises?. Also, the more you workout the less you seem to feel it after the workout. Does this just have to do with needing to switch the order?, or exercise? or is that normal even if you switch up the exercises because your muscles rebuild quicker. Im new, I have a lot to learn, I am looking for the knowledge I need. Id appreciate any advice. Thanks.
