And last night i had this strange pain apper in my lower back it hurts when i bend my neck towards my chest on the right side of my lower back what the hell could be causeing this? neck damage?? spine damage?? its not unbearable pain but its bothering me. Christ HardBody007, your a wreck!!!

What were you doing when you hurt yourself?

With all your aches and pains, I think you'd be better off taking a week or two off and give your body a chance to heal back up.

You'll have been swinging when you curled. Did you skip the first golden rule of the the iron game hand book?

    here's a quote:

    "Use flawless form."

Sounds like it could be a spinal erector pull. Don't lift. Let it heal. And learn form!

You pulled/strained a muscle in your back, time will heal it, usually around a week.
