First let me say I love the book Dinosaur Training. I also recieve Brooks Kubics
daily email after purchasing the book.Unfortuneately after the initial purchase these blogs are jam packed with other secrets to buy.
Dino body weight exercises & diet plan which require virtualy no investment in equipment but will cost you 100+ dollars for the course, or now you can join the inner circle(sounds kinda cultish) for less than 200 bucks a year and get Brooks as your personal trainer 24-7.Brooks first book was great but didnt it knock all the gimmicks such as the get big overnight shit by telling us that it was hard work, consistency and time that mattered? Now if you join his inner circle he guarentees you will see gains after almost every workout!
Sounds like he has joined the ring of internet fantasy marketing to make a buck which is to bad cause his first book really sounded like it came from the heart . Rant over................
