    Basically skipped arms?

Usually my friday afternoons consist of an insane hour of arms, with crazy pumps. Today I went in and basically stood around for 45min doing nothing, pissed off at myself. Everything I touched felt like 1000lbs, and I had no energy to do anything. I woke up this morning with lots of flem, and my eyes have felt heavy all day. I'm guessing I have a bad head cold? My throat hurts as well when I swallow.

I'm just pissed cause next week my friends are coming back, and I don't want to be smaller/weaker.

Does skipping/totally half assing a workout really affect the muscle groups? I basically did nothing. I think I did about 4-5 sets of some garbage weight total and just basically got really pissed and just sat down talking the rest of the time cause I felt like total garbage. I still do, but I keep looking at my arms in disgrace.

Right now I'm 180, 6% so I have that shredded look going on...I just want to make sure I stay the same! I never thought missing/slacking 1 workout could make me soo pissed off/depressed.

I also had my PWO shake, I don't know if I should have.

It's one workout, you're sick... Get better and don't worry about it. I'm not really sure why you put this is the diet section .
