Exclamation Is this a good change?

Okay ppl i'm currently bulking and i'm training with a push/pull/leg i set up. I'm into my 2nd week of da program n its working wonders i fink its a gr8 routine!
I know its advisable to switch up ur routine every 3-4weeks, so i was wondering if it's good to keep my routine exactly the same except increase the weight/decrease reps? Dere currently 10-12 reps i wanna train 6-8, should i do dis or completely change da exercises? Wot do you guys do to make a change??? Please comment!

is that post even in friggin' english??

Increasing the intensity over a number of weeks is fine. It is called linear peridization. Just make sure you decrease the volume as well to make up for the increase load.

    for example:

    weeks 1-4= 4 sets x 10-12 reps
    weeks 5-8= 3 sets x 6-8 reps

Yes P it is in english, i'm very sorry if you don't understand it much! I understand what you are saying though and that's fine i'm going to do that! Thanks for the answer! Just wondering what other changes do you make in your program to keep progressing? Do you often change exercises or your split? Or is it not required to do that every 3-4 weeks?

i wouldn't say that it is required to change the exercises. I usually change the sets and reps more frequently then every 3 weeks though....I use different typs of periodization.
