wow

first post here, but been around a while. just noticed something today,,,,,,,
i think this is the first board i have been on where there are more people in the training threads than on the anabolic section.......but than this is one of the most informative boards around for training..even so...wow.

Most sites encourage steroid use for teenagers and people with little or no training experiance....we don't. This site has some of the best steroid advice and training advice I have seen on any site......Plus Jodi and Emma blow away all the other sites with their diet and nutrition information.

And this one has me the natural 12 year old bodybuilder who like to say SON and can ebnch press 150lbs and dquat 200lbs son!



15 years old
Bench 220x2
Squat max 260-280
Can't deadlift right now because of back pain from accutane.
162lbs 5'6

KEFE..you are young and immature (which is expected) but I will say this...for being 12 (if you really are) you are WAY ahead of the game.
