You really ARE Mr Biceps, aren't you?

I've been playing around with the program, and so far I like it. In my case though, I had been doing a lot of low to medium rep stuff for too long, and your bulk program was a nice change. Nothing that I would what to stay stuck on though.

Like the others said, take away some of the smoke and mirrors to make it easier to follow.
