Hammer Curls and Reverse Curls...same thing?
I already do reverse curls.........i was thinking about incorporating hammer curls or alternating between the two. but do they essentially work the same muscle meaning i should just do one or the other but not both?

I would say reverse curls places more stress on the forearm because the tips of your fingers HAVE to crasp it or the bar will fall to the ground therefore working your forearms to a greater degree.
