hey guys... ive been working out for about 4 weeks now, and my routine was all over the place. this is my new routine, its a 3 day split.
DAY 1: 4x8 bicep curls, 4x8 tricep pushdowns, 4x8 preachure curls, 4x8 upright rows, 4x8 shoulder shrugs, 4x8 leg curl, 4x8 leg extension - as you can see thats arms+shoulders+legs
DAY 2: 4x8 incline press, 4x8 standard press, 4x8 pec dec (vertical butterfly), 4x8 pullover, 4x8 front lat pull, 4x8 reverse lat pull, 4x8 seated row - thats chest+back
DAY 3: rest.
im currently just lifting for bulk, will try this for 12 weeks. should i try 8x8 every week or 2 just to mix it up? or maybe heavy lifting for 1 split, 8x8 for the next, back to heavy and so on...
my diet is pretty clean, i will be having 3 protein drinks a day, 45g of protein each, 1 at 6am, 1 at 6pm (after workout) and 1 at 9pm.
i eat tuna and meat every day.
