Only goal is to get 10% body fat.
I beleive he is asking if he is required to lift heavy in order to get the maximum growth from the major muscle groups.
There are others here who can enlighten him on this better than I can. I am no expert on growth but typically the stronger you get the better your ability to train hard for growth so I'd say the big three will help get you there quicker than low weight high rep work alone.
