    Workout Routine

    Hey fellas...i am just wondering wat kinda workout routines do u guys follow..i am not looking for wat kinda exercise u do for a particular muscle. I am looking for somthing like say if u worked on ur bis on Monday what muscle would u work on Tuesday etc etc...thanks in advance for ur input.
