im on spring break and i am back at home i have no place to workout at all i was wondering if anyone has any ideas what to do. i have been doin pushups situps and squat kicks but thats about it, just wondering if anyone had any other ideas thanxs

do what you can. work on the abs. i wouldnt kill yourself, enjoy your break

Use home material for your stuff.. i use my bed instead of a medicine ball to do incline push ups and sits up and stuff...its all about the abs to me lol![]()
