    bones

    hi people
    i have a problem, my both side bones top chest, it see to much and i think it give skinny apereance.
    what can i do?

    alex,

    the calories can come from any macro as long as it fits properly in your diet. it would probably be easiest to increase your carbs and fats since you are probably already getting sufficeint protein.

    this my 2th year on english class , just that the program is speaking english class,with basic grammar.

    by the way !

    i started to eat alot of quality food, plus PRO V 60 , shake.
