    i think its ok for a beginner, as long as you ignore his sample routines. get the paper back copy, its like 30$

    I saw it at a used book store and thought about picking it up. It was only 5 buck. Can any of you recommend an exercise that will help with separation between the bicep and deltoid?

    Yeah, exercise better eating habits and stroll on over to the diet section.
