im unsure what training i should be doing, im 42, i do vale tudo type training twice a week and want to carry on weight training as i enjoy it alot, how often is not overtraining and what type of routine, my cage fighting training is only for fitness/self defence etc and not competition(at 42 ha ha)
im new on here but find u all quite informative, thanx |
