Looks like a basic bodybuilding program to me. I don't like the imbalance between push and pull movements like every other program on the planet has, but I've seen worse.
Well, first of all, hello everyone here. I've read lot's of useful information but now it's time to ask a few things. I don't know if I'm the only one here but I'm an internet addict and having a girlfriend gave me a motive to start working out![]()
I've been searching over the net for some basic guidelines to do it. I've been trying to do this "by the book" for 3 months and it's starting to work for me. What do you guys think?

Ton of shoulder work, I'd wipe myself with that after printing it out - but I train the way I prefer as you should as well. JMO though.
I do more back work than chest/shoulder.
