    Talking Cardio Questions

I'm trying to burn up a little fat in my ab area. I've been running everyday for 30 minutes then working out afterwards. I've heard this makes your muscles fatigued. I really haven't noticed that problem. But I havent really noticed that much of loss in this area. Should I be doing some other type of cardio. When I run I do build up a pretty good sweat so I know i'm working. I also jump rope.....Any advice...is it good to run everyday??? Run before or after I lifted? What do you guys think.....
