Best way to get big strong biceps is: BB and Db rows, pull ups, Med wide grip latt pull ups.....and just a few seat of BB or DB curls to end the workout.
I highly recommend all IronMagLabs supplements!

I just stated a similiar back routine, and I finished with a few sets of curls on a BB. Extremely weak though, curling about half the weight I can normally do.

But today (did back yesterday), my biceps are sore. Havn't been sore in biceps for a while (I don't really like working them, they seem a bit pointless) so it feels pretty great.

"Better mass" comes from big compound movements and lots of food.

I do standing alternate db hammer curls, seated alt db curls, and bb curls.
These are my dreams, which I must make reality!
