1. I am big enough I plan on maintaining what I have got.

2. I am within 10 pounds of my goal.

3. I am within 20 pounds of my goal.

4. I am within 30 pounds of my goal.

5. More then 30 pounds

6. I want to get as big as possible

7. Not sure yet

30 lbs. since i have been lifting which is around 9 months i have only gained 3 lbs. but i lost all my body fat. idk if im doing something wrong or if that is good progress.
