What type of training would be most beneficial?

Before I show my pics, let me give you a little background. I lost a lot of weight about 1.5 years ago. I went from about 285 to 160. The bad thing was I wasn't educated on proper nutrition, and I basically only ate about 1600 calories and only did cardio, no weights. Because of this I think I lost a lot of muscle. Even at 160, I still had a gut. After getting educated on nutrition I bulked up to 189, but I still had that gut. Right now I'm 182 and I'm not really sure where to go from here. I guess you would say I'm skinny fat. I'm 6' tall and 20 years old, but I'm just kind of stuck right now. Any advice on what to do would be appreciated. The first pic is of me standing and then the other two are of me sitting. My fat only really shows when I sit except for my love handles....they always show.

you're obviously on the right track now and headed in a good direction. continue to focus on your diet and lift heavy, be sure to check out the nutrition and training stickies to help you on your journey. from here on in, it's just gonna take some patience. best of luck to you!

You really don't have all that much fat on you. You are closer to your goals than you think. Listen to BBW, check out the stickies, refine your diet and training, and keep consistent and patient.
