Well, to start ....... we need to have a look at those pic's. Then we will be able to evaluate where you should start. he he hehe

There are no NPC contests in Arkansas, or in Louisiana for that matter. Here are the ones in Texas you could do one in Dallas area.

You would need to join the NPC, I believe it is $55.00

Go to the NPC web page for more info. You can print out the form and send it in with the money.

Wow! Thanks....I heard that there is going to be one in Missouri June 6th (I think?) Anyone heard about that one?

You only need to purchase a NPC card if you plan on competing. They have to be renewed every year. If you plan to enter a show you just purchace it at that time.

You definitely need to see at least one, preferably 2-3 shows before you compete.

There are many organizations out there to compete in aside from the NPC...

-ANBC
-INBF
-ABA
-AAU
-NABF

...and several others. Do a web search on bodybuilding competitions and you are sure to find many websites with all the info on upcoming shows.
